TTA Co., established 1979, is the international trading and investment arm of Ritton/TPG, a leading Iranian home-appliance manufacturer. We help manufacturers and importers turn capacity and demand into predictable cross-border growth. From our base in Tehran, we operate across priority corridors in the GCC, CIS, Africa, and Southeast Asia, providing one accountable partner from strategy to shipment and after-sales.

We deliver end-to-end international market expansion for B2B clients in consumer goods, electronics, and healthcare. Our services span market intelligence and entry strategy, partner sourcing and diligence, commercial structuring and trade finance facilitation, raw-material and component sourcing with QC, logistics orchestration, and selective co-investment or JVs where they unlock access or margin.

Our Operating Model

Build sustainable trade corridors that lower risk, protect cash, and create durable market presence for our partners.

Prove the opportunity
We size demand, map channels, and confirm regulatory pathways. Pricing corridors, competitive benchmarks, and risk screens translate into a go-to-market plan with clear KPIs, target accounts, and a launch calendar.

Build the deal that works
We shortlist and diligence partners, define coverage and service obligations, and lock commercial terms. Payment security, compliance, and documentation are set upfront so the route to market is bankable and auditable.

Move with control
We coordinate sourcing and QC, book freight, manage customs, and onboard distributors. Launch, service, and spare-parts readiness are built in, with live dashboards tracking OTIF, claim rates, landed cost, and DSO.

Expand what performs
We balance sell-in and sell-out, tune cost-to-serve, and extend SKUs or geographies where economics hold. Where access or margin improves, we add co-investment or JV structures under the same governance and KPIs.

We start with market intelligence that decides, not decorates: we size real demand, map channels, and set pricing corridors that will actually clear. Next, we build the counterparties you can trust by scoring distributors and suppliers on coverage, service capability, financial strength, and compliance, then we align incentives to sell-through rather than sell-in. In parallel, we lock payment structures that clear—confirmed L/Cs where available, staged settlements, and receivables options—to protect cash conversion and reduce counterparty risk. We harden quality with factory audits, pre-shipment inspection, and acceptance gates to cut claims and protect brand equity. We orchestrate logistics that shows up through smart routing, consolidation, customs planning, and last-mile coordination to lower landed cost and raise service levels. Finally, we install the service loop—spares, warranty processes, and SLA monitoring—so first shipments become durable presence, repeat orders, and measurable share gain.

From our hub in Iran, we build and run active corridors into the GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain), the CIS (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia), Africa (North, East, West), and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand). Each corridor pairs regional reach with vetted on-the-ground partners for sales coverage, compliance, logistics, and after-sales. We enter through priority gateways, replicate what works across neighboring markets, and deepen presence with stronger distribution and service networks—keeping governance consistent while adapting to local rules so scale stays fast and controlled.

Integrity is our operating system. At kickoff we codify the rules of engagement—roles, approvals, documentation standards, and service levels—so everyone knows how decisions get made. Each deal moves through clear control gates: partner onboarding, commercial terms, quality and delivery checks, and after-sales performance. Every shipment runs on a standard document pack (contracts, specifications, QC and inspection records, shipping and acceptance docs) with end-to-end traceability via versioned files and live dashboards. We review results on a fixed cadence, tune terms and processes based on data, and keep a clean audit trail. The outcome is growth that is transparent, repeatable, and easy to scale across markets.

Our purpose is to help local brands become global by turning complex cross-border trade into a system that is simple to run and easy to trust. We clarify the growth goal and the markets that matter, design the route to market with the right channels and economics, run day-to-day execution across partners, finance, quality control, logistics, and service, and measure every step with clear KPIs and reporting. The result is expansion that is safe, profitable, and scalable—backed by a playbook anyone in your organization can understand, explain, and defend.
